Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What are the educational, licensing and registration requirements for practitioners?

A: Arizona Synergy requires all providers to have a Master's Degree. Our Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners must have an Advanced Practitioner Certificate with a specialty in Psychiatric & Mental Health. All providers and APRN's must have a valid and unrestricted DEA license. You will also need to have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Q: What are the skills and experiences required?

A: At least one year of psychiatry (telepsychiatry experience is a plus), experience with general mental health and seriously mental ill patients. Having the ability to learn and utilize EMR's/EHR's quickly is preferred. There should be no restrictions to your license and should have the ability to be credentialed with different providers.

Q: What type of compensation can I expect?

A: Pay is dependent upon qualifications. This is generally based on type of provider (Adult or Family Psych NP), experience as a Psych NP/Physician, experience in telehealth, and Board Certification.

Q: Where is Arizona Synergy located?

A: While our office is located in Phoenix, AZ, we service areas all over Arizona, currently focusing on the Southern Region. As long as you are licensed in the state of Arizona, you can work from anywhere in the United States.
